About Hilt Tatum IV

A respected market leader in business consulting, Hilt Tatum IV is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Panama-based Oxford Consulting Group. Under Mr. Tatum’s direction, Oxford Consulting Group provides strategic advisory services and investment opportunities to corporations in the industries of agriculture, real estate, health care, finance, technology, import, export, hospitality, and sports. With a special interest in business expansion, Hilt Tatum IV assists companies in capitalizing on growth opportunities on an international level. Mr. Tatum is a recognized expert in a range of specialized financial and investment consulting services, including tax planning, international financing, private equity investing, and investment banking.

Hilt Tatum studied international business at the University of Montana, Eckerd College, and the Institute for American Universities of France. At the London Business School, he learned about private equity. Currently, he pursues a postgraduate business degree from University of Oxford’s Said Business School. During his time at the University of Montana, Hilt Tatum IV participated as a member in the elite Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

A supporter of several Panama-based charities, he founded Project Joy, a nonprofit organization focused on helping school-aged children and their families with financial assistance for school projects, supplies, and educational scholarships. Hilt Tatum initiated the nonprofit along with his wife, Sarah Tatum, and his parents. Sponsored by Oxford Consulting Group, Project Joy hosts a number of regular charity events, most memorably, the Annual Christmas Charity. As part of this event, families of sponsored children received gifts and bags of food during the holiday season. With the aim of supporting the Panama community and several nonprofit organizations through monetary contributions, Hilt Tatum IV also gives to Save the Children, the American Red Cross, and the Panama branch of Children of Darien.
